We deliver PahadiHerbs products to serviceable addresses across India. Orders are packed after online payment is confirmed or a cash-on-delivery order is accepted.
Order processing and delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Standard courier delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, but estimates can vary because of the destination pincode, weather, courier operations, and access to remote locations.
Shipping charges and serviceability
Shipping is currently free when checkout displays “Free”. Cash on delivery is available only for pincodes supported by our delivery partner and is checked during checkout.
Tracking and support
Where tracking is available, updates are shared using the contact details provided at checkout. If a parcel is delayed, damaged, or tampered with, contact pahadiherbs.in@gmail.com as soon as possible.
